So happy with this, brought for my kitten who loves it, very easy to assemble (coming from a not very handy woman lol) it's a perfect size and is nice and sturdy!

I is a chunky cat but my brother is small. We asked the staff to get something that would suit us both. This is purrfect for us. My bro likes the top platform and I like the lower one. I enjoy sitting on the very top and watching the birdies! Staff say it is nice and solid, easy to put together but is not too obtrusive. We both love fighting over the dangling white mouse! Good choice Staff 😸

Very good product
My human decided I needed a new tree, without asking i might add, and I am very pleased with her choice. Male human said it was easy to build. It is also sturdy, when I go into using the living room as an obstacle course and hit the tree at full force, it stays steady, which my old one didn't! It also has lots of scratching posts for me to keep my claws sharpened on. It is much more in keeping with my adult status and head of the house.

Quick delivery and the parts are sturdy the seat is a little wobbly however my cat loves scratching it to bits and has nearly pulled the string off on leg

Excellent product, easy to assemble and looks great the cats love it,delivery was quick in a very sturdy package can't find a fault so it's five stars from me

Lasted over a month before it started to fall apart.
Easy to assemble. Seemed ok. But this evening i noticed one of the post was was wobbly. When i tried to tighten it, it just turned around and became loose. On further inspection there seemed to be no metal thread in the post for the connecting screw like the other parts. And it was too wide for the screw to make good. So the cat tower is now unusable! Either it was a faulty part or just poor quality. Either way after over a month of use by a relatively small cat under 4kg in weight, it is broken beyond repair. It is not good value for money and I don’t recommend it. A waste of money.
