Looks like real tile. Easy to use
Would recommend. Looks great, easy to cut, comes with box cutter. Easy peel and stick with strong adhesive backing. Color and texture are as advertised.

I am remodeling my kitchen and this went so amazing with it I’m in so much love when I walk into the kitchen and see how this goes so well with my colors etc .. it was easy to apply and wasn’t too time consuming..as for wear and tear and longevity? I will update

Good quality, very pretty
Very thick, like a puffy sticker on steroids. Made it easy to line up. Looks great. No comment on longevity yet, but so easy to install that I wouldn't mind redoing in a couple years.
