I love Carlyle products of almost anything they produce. These are a stronger Alpa Lipoic needed to be used as also a great antioxidant.. Never been unhappy with using them and these help maintain your body's ability when dealing with stress. Should be used for people who are on a restricted diet to make up for carbohydrates you are missing in regular foods. These a must have for anyone else on restricted diet for any illness or food allergy. Great product that l will purchase again. Shipping was fast and product sealed to prevent breakage.

Bought this to help with nerve restoration/healing post wisdom teeth removal but so far it’s a month since I had my surgery and don’t have any feeling so not sure if this is helping or not.

I bought these to help me with one of the chronic problems that I have, the pills are easy to swallow and do not leave an after taste. Honestly, they didn't help the way I thought that they might, but that doesn't mean that they might not help someone else. It is sad that people will buy supplements and when they don't work they way they thought that they should, they write such negative reviews. These may work perfectly for the next person, even if they didn't seem to help me. As with all supplements, it may take several weeks or months before any improvement is noticed. So, anyone buying these should be smart enough to realize that there are no guarantees in life, but all we can do is try our best, and make educated choices.

I really like the products of this brand, because they are effective, of very good quality and at a very affordable price. I like that it has added biotin that amplifies its absorption and makes my hair stronger and more beautiful, as well as my nails. They are easy to ingest, have no taste or smell, an excellent option for those of us who like to take care of our health with supplements, diet and exercise in combination.

Misleading label. It shows 600mg with fine printing per serving. Actual tablets are 200mg. That means you have to take three tablets
