Can't trust a remote controlled garage door, this is a positive lock.
The deadbolt slide is 1" wide vs the 3/4" on the product images. This is even better. The install was simple. The deadbolt slide is very positive on the lock and open positions, no problem with it not going to the full open position. Delivery was fast/on time.

If you are looking for these, they are as good as any
took 30mins to install both. Simple. They are secure, and no doubt when they are locked. Drilled ar the end to add a padlock to lock the doors in place. They are sturdy and solid. I often hit the open door button without pulling them, they hold the door in place until I wake up. A lot of damage and noise will have to be made to defeat these from the outside. If you have them padlocked, a wheel grinder will need to be used to lift the door. A+, value, installation, security, A+++ Piece of mind.

Good
Pretty good. Super simple to install. You will need to drill pilot holes, and a good screw driver, but other than that, everything you need is included. The work well. Seem strong enough to do the job.

Easy but beware when installing
As expected. Easy to install. No complaints. Important tip!: opening the doors when these are engaged will most likely damage your door/frame/chain/motor. 1. When not using it make sure to put a pin or a padlock on it in its OFF position (these are holes for locking these both on ON and on OFF positions). Don’t risk it. Someone can just try them and leave them engaged, easily. 2. When you do engage them, then make sure to disconnect your door from the opener (pull the rope) Don’t install these unless you follow the 2 rules above. Actually they should include these warnings in the package.

Great lock!
Works great! Just use an impact drill with socket head for screw installation and it will go smoothly. Springs inside the lock have just the right amount of resistance. I only used 4 of the screws for each lock and it's plenty strong. One review said it needed spacers for the screw but I'm not sure why, mine had no trouble fully seating and tightening. Like I said, use an impact and you'll be fine.
