I’ve Owned Several Food Journals, This One Is My New Fav!
Love this book, it’s bigger but I’m enjoying the size and it has all the info I want to record. I love writing my day on paper better than using online apps. I can easily flip back and see what works for me and what didn’t! Journaling is so important in your weight loss journey! When that scale goes up or down, being able to look back to see what you did or didn’t do is needed in my opinion. Really helps me in a big way!

Great for tracking purposes
Quality was great! Perfect for tracking my calories daily as well as additional information to help me focus on my daily fitness goals. Will plan to buy again once this is used up!

Great Journal
Easy to read and document your weight loss journey! However for us Fatties out here, the key is consistency! If Yo Fat Azzzz don't write down what cha eating, you not gonna make that Goal!

Keeping track!!
Good concept. Easy to follow but hard to follow through. A good way to keep track to report back to your provider.

Love it!
I have bought a few different types of weight loss journals that just weren't quite right for me. This one however is perfect for me. There is 1 thing I would add and that's a page that has bubbles or something to mark off every pound lost. I love the big pages.I write everything down no matter how small. I even write notes and inspiration in the pages as I go.

Not a repeat purchase
I wanted to purchase to write down meals. I feel if I have to write and not just put meals:food into an app it makes me more aware of what I am eating. This does not give you much room to write meals in. I want to write what was actually in my meals instead of just writing meatloaf sandwich. I want to put used 1 slice bread. 1 slice of American cheese and how much of each condiment etc.At bottom of page it has what my mood was. Yes, this maybe good to look back and reflect if maybe I was sad and this caused me to eat more on a particular day but two lines? That could be smaller so I could have additional tool to write meals.There is also a place to write how to make tomorrow better. That should be on last page instead of everyday. How to make next week better after you review week..This was okay to use but will look at another planner for next time

Good for weight loss beginners
I just started a weight loss journey and needed something to keep track of everything. I wish it had more pages to it cause I have to get a new one already. My doctor liked what I was doing it like this, that she asked to make a copy of a blank page to show other clients as well.
