The book is focused on the restaurant industry, but the information is helpful for any service business (I am an agency owner). Plus, it is an interesting read (actually I listened to it and would recommend that!) - a story of a successful entrepreneur that happens to be in the restaurant industry.

Nothing new, common sense preached after citing a lousy and dictatorial work environment. In the end a balance has to be maintained in nearly all , if not all situations...unreasonable hospitality ..sure..don't take a high iq to know that is nice but there are all kind of practical limitations in the real world in diff work environments which the author conveniently tries to generalize to make his work seem relevant.. which it simply is not.Management who has never done real work themselves may like it though ..

I own a small boutique motel and this book is literally changing the way I conduct business with our guest.
