I have nerve damage which is temporary @ least that is what they tell me. I have nerve damage from chemo and nothing seems to work not even prescriptions @ least not the ones I've taken. So I decided to try this and it does not help, Maybe this product is for mild pain and it works well for that but this pain keeps me up @ night, so if you have mild pain maybe it will help but not for induced nerve damage from chemo it does not help.I gave 3 stars because it may help with mild pain.

My mom has been suffering from nerve pain due to stress on the nerve in her back for the last two years. She tried two sets of spinal steroid shots with nerve block. I have the beginnings of neuropathy, and had already found R-alpha lipoic acid to be a great help. Was also taking several other of the ingredients listed in this formula. Had limited success. Thought I'd just give this a try, and am so happy I did! Great results. Numbness vanished, occasional pains gone. Leg strength actually improved (or, at least I felt like exercising more). When the bottle ran out, I thought I'd just wait and see what happened. i"m ordering today, and will never be without it again!
