Buy this, not that
Please don't laugh. This is my backyard tanning, cooling off pool and spa. My dogs don't go near it, although I could probably drag them into it should I choose to. I bought it for myself to get some sun without roasting in the Tennessee heat. The float came from Target for about $6. I have it set up on my gravel patio with used Amazon boxes underneath to cushion the bottom. If you have lots of moneybucks, (thank you Bluey), you could buy a nice pad like is used for standing all day. But for me, I just wanted something to keep the rocks from doing damage to the bottom. It is super easy to set up, (no inflation required), the bottom is thick and durable and it is easy drain and fold up. I can literally use it in the morning and fold it up and take it to the grandkids house the same day. I also bought a Fisher Price slide for the kids to slide into it. I wouldn't dream of doing this with the inflatable pools. The drain hole is located close to the bottom of the side of the pool so it is fast to drain and whatever water is left is easy to dump by just lifting it and pouring out the water. I tried several inflatable pools and they were flimsy, and a pain to inflate and kept leaking. The float in the water is 5'7" just for reference. I can completely lay out, front and back on this set up and just did down when required. It is also easy to make it super shallow for toddlers without compromising enjoyment. The only downside is the water heats up when left full, (um...all water heats up in the sun). I usually empty it every few days so I am not breeding mosquitos, (your welcome neighbors), but it fills pretty fast and you don't have to fill it completely to enjoy a nice cool dip. The upside of the heated water is that when I get home after standing all day, it is a nice warm spa to ease my sore legs and feet. Perfect!

Perfect for Water Loving Dogs and Hot Days
The media could not be loaded. Highly recommend this to all Dog owners that are in Hot areas... as well as having dogs that love water. It unfolds and folds very easily. It will hold a full fill to overflowing with no issues. My Golden loves it and my Great Pyrenees thinks it a giant water bowl.It has a drain plug that is positioned about 2 inches up from the bottom. So when draining, one will need to lift up one side after the draining has completed, which will cause the opposite side to fall flat and all the water empties and its ready to be folded and put away. Its durable, light weight, easy to use, and well liked by my dogs, which is the most important!

Great and inexpensive as a sandbox!
I wanted a sandbox big enough for my 3 and 5 year old to play in together as my youngest LOVES sand. I bought the 80 inch version for a little over $50 and it's perfect for both of them and a friend or two! I bought a hot tub cover to keep it covered, also around $50 and it's worked perfectly. Sandboxes this size, if you can find them, are between $400 and $500. This was a much better alternative. Sturdy, holds its shape well with the sand, and short enough my kiddos can get in and out on their own. I realize most people won't be reviewing this as a sandbox, but maybe I've inspires someone else with it! I used 12 bags of 50lb sand from Lowes.

Great pool for toddlers and mama
I wanted something shallow enough for my 1 year old toddlers to play in but also wide enough for me to sit in the pool with them, and this was it. It seems very sturdy and my kids loved playing in it. Unfortunately, I'm giving 4 stars because the first time I ordered it, it got lost in transit and I had to reorder it. By the time it finally arrived, we only had one more week of hot summer weather to enjoy it. Draining the pool, and packing it up is fairly easy due to it being collapsible. I will store it and bring it out again next summer!

Perfect for big dogs!
We have two 80 pound dogs, only one of which is all that excited about the water however they both EASILY fit in this pool. We have kept this up and outside all summer long for the last two summers, changing the water pretty regularly and have not seen any fading, defects or had any sort of issues. After running in a 10 mile race on a very hot day I even came home and blew up a pool tube & sat my exhausted booty in the dog pool. Very refreshing & it fit me in my pool float & one of the dogs pretty snugly!!Bought in early summer of 2023 & writing this review in November of 2024! With a quick power wash at the end of the season or if we let the water sit for a little too long the thing is good as new. Would buy again & would recommend to a friend!

Good product
Not very sturdy if you have wild kids or dogs, but it works great for the price!
