Love these. My ears are too small for pretty much every earbud I've bought. These are exactly what I need. The wrap around added feature is my favorite part, they are easily adjustable and comfortable. I don't have to worry about them falling out. The sound quality is amazing. Definitely worth the money, if I could I'd buy a second pair right now I would. Go for it, you'll love them.

These ear buds are worth on a price level and really great customer service. I have had these for a year now. Between hours of running, hiking they have been working flawlessly. They stay charged for a long duration of use and charge quickly. The Carrying case is convenient and robust. I ilike that it has a USB-C to charge. The earbuds connect seamlessly to my Samsung Galaxy S24. The sound is good quality even though I'm not an audiophile. But the bass sounds are deep and the treble and mids crisp. I have issues with it not staying IN my ear. Not falling off or coming off, but satying in. I have not bothered to swap out the sleeve as it hasn't bothered me enough! Customer care is top notch. Yesterday, after a especially sweaty workout my Right earbud stopped working. After a few emails, I have a new one one the way although I'm out of Warranty by a few days (1 Year). I will buy again.

Very pleased with these, Battery life is excellent, sound quality is good, And they stay put in your ears.

My wife loved theses so much. She was bummed when she lost them on her last trip. I immediately ordered a new pair. The price was way cheaper than the original purchase!

One of the two earbuds failed not too long after the purchase. The Back Bay Customer support had a new one out to us straightaway, no questions asked. Five stars alone for customer service you rarely see these days. The buds are now working well. They were for my wife's use in the gym, and she especially likes the small ear fit, the attractive appearance, the lavender color, and the secure ear clips. With respect to sound quality, like many of us, I am spoiled. I use Bose QC35 over the ear headphones as my reference point for higher quality audio. I've never seen any ear buds come close to that sound. I do have some Apple AirPods, however, which I can use as a point of reference. While I can't say these Back Bay earbuds will get you to that level of audio, it is easy to note that you aren't spending between $100-200 for unattractive wireless earbuds that are all too easily lost and aren't really suited for those with small ears. Instead, for a much more modest price you get reasonable sound quality and buds that are attractive, secure, and work beautifully for small ear canals. I did observe that these Back Bay buds can have an improved audio quality if you can get the fit spot on. Make sure you use the largest cup that fits comfortably in the ear canal for long wear times. Like many in-ear earbuds, the perceived sound quality appears to be dependent on the snugness of the fit. I see some reviewers are irked by the buttonless design of these buds. I can understand; we gravitate to the familiar. There were those who were irritated when the Home button disappeared from the iPhone. AirPods are buttonless and one eventually learns that no button is needed. I wouldn't want a button on these Back Bay buds-it would be step backward. I love the tap anywhere interface-no feeling around for where that little button is located...

Sound quality is very good and they are very comfortable. Perfect for small ears!

I bought these headphones because they were cheap and wrapped around the ear. They do have good sound quality, but I would not recommend these headphones because they require so much effort to connect to any of my devices. Perhaps it's the fact that I have an old iPhone, but my other bluetooth devices connect quickly any easily, so I'm leaning toward it being a problem with the headphones. I usually just wear one headphone so I can still hear what's going on around me, but when I do wear both headphones it's honestly a 3-5 minute process to get both of them to pair. I would say 7 times out of 10 the one headphone I'm wearing will pair no problem, but it happens often enough that I had to put it back in the case to turn it off, then take it back out, go to my settings, blah blah blah...it's frustrating. Additionally, it's maddeningly inconsistent when they will disconnect. Sometimes I'll wear one headphone at night and just take it off and put it on my nightstand before I go to sleep, and when I wake up in the morning it's still connected. Then sometimes that same headphone will disconnect if I pause my music for just a couple of minutes to have a conversation. All in all, they are $40 headphones, and they perform like $40 headphones, so I probably shouldn't be surprised.
