Best Mode Engaged!
My expectations were surpassed by this great machine. It comes with great and supper useful support software. It was packaged well and looked excellent when taken out of the box. I ran CPU-Z and confirmed the specs are accurate to the item description. I love the design, opening the case is a breeze. It looks like it gets a lot of great air flow which is great for keeping the PC cool. I would absolutely recommend this system if you are looking for a PC that can do full 4K & Ray Tracing. Just be sure to use DLSS to get good frame rates.

Unreliable / Crashing
Worked great for the first 2-3 months before it suddenly started crashing. It has only progressively gotten more frequent over the weeks. The display on my monitor will just cut to black & the fans of the PC will kick into overdrive, only way to fix it is to hold the power button down until it shuts down. Crashing is very inconsistent - sometimes go an entire day perfectly fine sometimes I crash 3 times in 15 min despite just sitting at the desktop home screen. I've tried different methods of troubleshooting with no luck & everything is up to date. Also when you put this PC into sleep it will turn itself on & off every 5 minutes. Lights go on & fans rev up. Seeing the other negative reviews this appears to be a common issue with other people. Definitely not worth the price if the product is hit or miss with it's performance.

Honest Review
Overall it's not a bad gaming PC. My main issue that I have with it is the speed at which the RAM runs. For some reason the RAM will only run at 4400 MHz and will not go higher than that. Yes you can go into the BIOS and enable XMP to increase it to 6000 (as long as your RAM can handle) and it'll run at 6000 MHz for that duration. However, every time I do that, when I turn my computer on the next time, only 1 of the RAM sticks work (only 1 of the RAMs RGB lights turn on) and my PC refuses to turn on. It will attempt to turn on, restart, fail to turn on, and continue that cycle for 3 or 4 restarts. When it finally does turn on, the RAM is not running at 6000 MHz, but goes back to 4400. For the most part it's really not a huge deal, I mostly play Apex Legends and get a consistent 240 fps, but if I want to play Tarkov or something like that, not being able to run my RAM at 6000 MHz is definitely annoying. Overall though, really not a bad PC.

HP OMEN
It’s great but it’s massive. Make sure you have the space for it. I have mine under my desk and I’ve accidentally kicked the glass many times with my work boots as well as the face plate for the front fans and I haven’t caused any damage luckily. Meaning the material is very durable. Very fast processing honestly. I’ve had it for like 3 months and it normally runs at 107 degrees while playing games. Luckily I haven’t experienced any problems. Only thing I would upgrade is the RAM size.

FIX FOR CRASHING & FANS AT FULL SPEED
TDLR: Change Power from 100% to 80% in EVGA Precision X1 or similar program. Purchased July 2023. I mostly game and I hadn't upgraded my computer for 4-5 years. When i first got the computer there were no issues at all, I was completely satisfied. Totally worth the price. Early 2024 there was a power outage in my apartment, and my computer wouldn't turn back on properly. It would do a variety of beeping but never load windows or the screen. (Learn from my mistake, use a surge protector!) Long story short, when I removed one of the memory sticks it would work fine, so I'm assuming the power outage killed a memory stick. Needless to say I'm not very technical and was too lazy to fix or warranty it... and the computer was still playing every game at max settings anyways! Fast forward to January 2025, uh oh. Now my computer would randomly crash very specifically. The screen would go black. Whatever was going on the screen continued for maybe 10-15 seconds then silence. And the fans would all go to max speed. The only thing you could do was hold the power button down and restart. It would only crash while I was gaming. At the beginning it crashed maybe once every few hours. After a week or so it started happening like 4 times an hour. There's not a lot of help online about this. I saw at least one other review here on amazon mention this crash. Most of the web searches were saying make sure everything was upgraded blah blah blah generic tech help I only found one thing to work and it was frustrating enough I'd figure I share. It's apparently an issue with the power supply. I used a free program called EVGA Precision X1. It helps regulate fan speed, overclocking, etc.. In the top right corner of the very first screen look for the section that says "Target". Then where it says power, change it from 100 to 80. Look at the picture I attached for visual reference. That's it, do it every time you start the computer. I didn't notice a change in any gaming at all, and it hasn't crashed at all since. Besides this, the computer is excellent. Edit: Here we are, June 2025. The fix I put no longer works for me consistently. Still crashes at least once a day. Very frustrating. I will be upgrading from this desktop as soon as I can afford to. I spent too much money for this to be f***ed up. Do not buy this, final answer.

Amazing
I love this computer. It’s everything ive dreamed of since i was a kid and runs every game ive thrown at it flawlessly. Ive only had a few issues with it. 1 its made me have to upgrade everything in my setup to bring it up to speed. 2. Needs more then 1tb of storage. Budget in another stick. Thats all the cons so far

Ram is throttled
I’ve been noticing it for a while now and wondering what the cause of it could possibly be, and while surfing the reviews I finally figured out why my ram usage is always so high. Which causes stuttering issues while playing on very high graphics and having multiple things open, aka Spotify, google, valorant, etc. The motherboard doesn’t support the ram so it’s throttled down. PC overall is great, a little annoyed they are allowed to advertise the ram speed falsely…

Unfortunate purchase.
Details as described. Update: After two months with this PC, I barely use it due to my work schedule. It went dead!!!!!. The unfortunate part is that I don’t live in the US to return it or have this PC checked by the manufacturer. It’s not turning on, no matter what I try. I’m now regretting purchasing this PC. Most likely, the motherboard went dead or something else. It is clean inside and out. I kept it covered when it was not in use so that dust wouldn’t accumulate. But it’s really weird that this happened when it was barely used. There's no solution or anything online to help with this issue. HP Page/Reddit: Nothing 2 Update: I had the motherboard replaced to a MSI ATX. Of course that all the HP programs will not work with this motherboard. But that’s the least. I’m happy was able to sort the issue out, 6 months running no issues with the updated motherboard. HP should definitely look into their motherboards.
