How do you keep these fresh after opening?? Mine are rock hard

Can these be frozen? I'd only be eating one a week during a long run, so would like to store them for as long as possible.

It doesn’t say on the packaging about freezing. I keep them in an airtight container between runs, as I only use 1 a week, and they seem fine.

Does the coffee flavour contain caffeine?

The coffee is a non roasted product. As such it only contains traces of caffeine. Its a subtle flavour.
