Stylish & Bright
Bought these to restyle an old kitchen. The light output is very good and they have transformed an otherwise dimly lit kitchen top. Easy to install. The metal work is not particularly well finished off on the stainless steel edges,. Beyond that, excellent

Cheapish, but does the job, eventually
Bought to replace two Halogen lights. One worked, one didn’t. Then had to go through the fafh of getting a replacement, hope it works, haven’t fixed it yet.

Fantastic Service!!
I bought 5 of these lights 7 months ago and was delighted with them. Unfortunately a few days ago one of them stopped working. I reported this to the seller who replied immediately and sent me a replacement insert which I have now fitted and works perfectly. Electrical items can always get faults and I understand that. The important thing is how it gets sorted out. This matter was resolved without quibble and very quickly too. I shall certainly be using this seller again. Jeremy, Worthing.

I ordered in error
I wanted a 12volt replacement and ordered this one which is 240volt in error

Items are illegal and not fit for purpose!
I have received the 2 lights as ordered. They were advised as 240v, ie, mains units. They have arrived with only a short mains lead, approximately 6" long with no plug or extension to make them of any use. Therefore, as sold, they cannot be used and are thus not fit for purpose. The sale of mains, 240v, electrical items in the UK without a suitably attached plug is illegal, in contravention of the Plugs and Sockets Safety Regulations 1994 and subsequently the H&SAW Act..To make them fit for purpose it would need a length of cable, a suitable fused plug and the attention of a fully qualified and certified electrician. I have advised Amazon that the supplier are selling items, the lights in question, that are illegal - not having a suitable mains plug and not advised at point of sale - and if no adequate response from Amazon, I will advise trading standards.
