Short cords have their place, but it was debatable for me whether to simply order a longer one and leave it coiled for such use, because cost per foot is drastically reduced. This would handily get an all-out 5 star recommendation if under $10...but with a lit-plug end, $14 is reasonable...the cord itself is of exceptional initial quality. I LOVE 10G THICK cords!!! Not only for handling and confidence, but they deliver safe power to larger and midsized tools.Easy recommendation here!

This cord is very strong 1850 Watts so I can use it with my generator. It is 125 v and 15 Amp. The only this (and it isn't really an issue for me) is the ends do not light up. Still the 1850watts, 125volts ,15amp is what I wanted.

My condo was built in the 1980s, and because of that, there is a dearth of outlets, particularly in the garage. For example, I only have one outlet per wall, and because of the layout, that outlet is behind a refrigerator.This is the perfect length to put beside the refrigerator on the ground, making for easy access for other uses.It's 10AWG, too, making it have very minimal voltage drop, and can handle any load that the outlet could possibly care about. It's only rated 1875 watts, but the high quality makes it very safe at the rated capacity.The only "con" would be that it's quite thick, but that's actually a "pro" since it means the cables are very large and high quality.This is a great extension cord if you need a short, high quality one.Highly Recommended.

Not much to say about this one... it's just an extension cord. It works well, and does exactly what I need it to. it's held up to the weather just fine.Recommended.

My husband is an electrician and he won't let a flimsy, potential fire hazard of an extension cord in this house, so I got this on his approval. It is a very thick gauge, sturdy extension cord that we have been using at the camper. We have a project going out there and we have used this cord for tools and the pressure washer and it has worked very well. It's lighted, so it's visible in dimly lit areas, which is convenient. It works very well for our needs and we are pleased with it.

I am always on the hunt for a quality extension cord and now I found one. This baby is TOP QUALITY. I am very impressed in the engineering of this cord. The flexibility of this 10/3 AWG rated cord was awesome. I'm somewhat surprised it's only rated for 15 amps because a 10/3 AWG could easily handle 30 amps. The lighted female end is a great feature and I love the all weather construction. A great cord for the price.

I needed a shorter outdoor extension cord to go behind the planting bench. This cord stays outside for convenience. Granted, six foot is short but I don't need a long cord to reach the outlet behind the bench. This cord is heavily insulated, weatherproof and safe.

I got the heavy duty 15 amp cord. This extension cord is super heavy duty (approx. 5/8" diameter cord), but yet still surprisingly flexible. The build quality is superb throughout and it is UL approved. The female end of the cord has a small light built-in so you can easily spot it in dark conditions.....a nice touch. You will not find a better quality extension cord than this. Highly recommended.
