Be smart, purchase two!
This was an odd solution for a hemorrhoid that grew inside and protruded outside of the anus, but it worked like a charm. It’s certainly not comfortable when first inserted (very cold), but that’s something you have to deal with if you want the problem to go away. I’d recommend purchasing two so one is always at the ready in the freezer.

Doesn't stay cold long enough...
This is a great idea, but the product seems to be poorly designed from a cold standpoint. The instructions say to leave it in for 8-10 minutes, but the product is no longer cold after only 2 minutes...I think it's as comfortable as a product like this can be, but as for swelling/pain relief, it just isn't effective. Maybe if it had a steel core or something, it would stay cold longer?As it is, I wouldn't recommend this product.

Helps tremendously
Thankfully it arrived in a completely nondescript box. I was a millimeter from going to a Dr. and this helped me back to baseline. Not great not terrible.

Relief!
Although this product is not a cure for me, it is a great relief. It really relieves the pain and swelling. I had used a similar product which worked just as well, however, this stick is shorter and more comfortable to me. I would recommend this product to anyone who has hemorrhoids and wants an alternative to creams, ointments, etc.

Does it's job
Perfect for swollen hemorrhoids. Put it in the freezer then later insert for 10 mins . Instant relief. I looked everywhere for this. This one is literally the ONLY one I found anywhere.

The mailman brings it to you in a box that says in big letters ANUREX on the cover with all the info on what it does next to your personal info so everybody knows you have an anus problem.
