It’s a bit early for me to say how effective these tablets are, although early signs are good. My gripe is that it is really difficult to get one tablet out of the bottle because of the way it is designed. This is because there is a lip / neck that is just the the right size to trap the tablet you are trying to extract with your finger. Last night I thought I would try spilling some out into my hand then picking one, but a few spilled out of my hand!
