This helps me with my posture but the material is stiff and scratchy. I’m sure there are better options. The yoga stretching strap while very simple is excellent and I’ve found a few YouTube videos to help with my stretches.

Cannot figure out how to put it on. Need better directions. Is there a video?

I have been wearing this while I walk my dog and when I sit at the computer for long periods. I am finding my back feels better at the end of the day.
