This item was a good value for the money. It works great, material is solid, design is great and I have been using it almost a year. Yes - I said year. I had a grade 2 MCL sprain, fractured the bottom of my femur, and sprained my ACL. Don't ask. It is too ridiculous to talk about but I have been doing my knee/leg exercises every day and I wouldn't be where I am without this strap. I love blue so the color is perfect for me.

This is a very sturdy strap with lots of loops for hand/footholds. Great price compared to a lot of other stretching straps.

Very strong material. Multiple loops make it convenient for use. The material doesn't stretch. It was recommended by my physical therapist for rehabilitation workouts.

I am really liking this. I was using my yoga strap to stretch but it kept tightening up on my foot and the fabric hurt my hand (there were no loops like this has). The price for this is great and it comes with a little "booklet". I bought two, one for home and one for work. I stretch on my bed and can do the stretching I used to on my 20s and 30s. Get yourself one! ;)

I like the length of it. Very easy to use. The price was reasonable.
