Will continue using!
I take prenatal vitamins for the hair benefits, even though I’m not pregnant. I love that this one has folate rather than folic acid, that’s why I ordered it. Anyhow, I’m definitely seeing a difference in my hair, even after just a month. It’s growing a tad faster which is exactly what I want. This stuff is wayyy better than anything you can get at the store!

YOUR NATURAL PRENATAL
LISTEN UP MAMAS- this is the prenatal you should all be taking. It contains methocobalamin instead of cyanocobalomin! The difference being methocobalamin is an active, natural form of b12 while cyanocobalomin is a snythetically made form of b12 derived from human waste plants. That’s right. Human waste. 🤮 Your midwives & doctors won’t inform you of this so I will.

They are easy to swallow, they don't make me sick, and they don't have an aftertaste.

Optimal prenatal
The media could not be loaded. These prenatal vitamins are quite the best ones I’ve found compared to others. So I decided to stock up just in case they are sold from now to a year. I consume enough veggies, fruits, protein and whole grains I don’t need to take prenatals just as a backup in case blood work shows up I lack a nutrient.I’ve compared every vitamin and mineral and it shows up as being the most bioactive that our bodies can process. Their 3rd party metals detecting is very vigorous. The only one star down side is due to reasons 1. their choline bitartrate is synthetic and cheap to make, the only best one to consume is Phosphatidylcholine since it comes straight from sunflower/soy. Furthermore, only has certain percentage instead of 100%. 2. We are supposed to consume 100% calcium citrate because we lose our density from babies taking it from our bodies. Why citrate? Because our bodies absorption rate is close to 70% vs 9% — 40% with other calcium types.Pros:QualityThin, hard pills and super soft to touchLove the simplicity of bottleNumber of vitamins and mineralsPricePill sizedExpirations date of 2 years and 8 monthsMetal capNot made in USACons:Smell is medicine(y) with hint of alcohol2 instead of 1 a dayThey look dirtyPriceCholine is syntheticCalcium isn’t enough

Love!
I love these, they're the only prenatals that don't absolutely wreck my stomach. I also super appreciate the bioactive methyl folate. These don't give any weird burps either, just great all around.

Doesn’t Work for Me
I’m sure it’s fine for some. I have really bad morning sickness throughout my pregnancies and this pill makes me throw up. It does not sit well.
