It's not as easy as it used to be to get a smallish roasting pan, and certainly a non-stick one.Still, a little larger than the one it replaces, but quite servicable.It looks like the non-stick surface will be durable, but only time will tell.

I bought this specifically to roast vegetables. Haven't had much use for the rack that comes with the pan but it looks to be well made. The pan itself works great roasting root vegs, broccoli , cauliflower and butternut squash. They don't stick and it washes out easily. So far no complaints.

I'm sure it's a great pan, but I didn't notice the title said 11 inch pan and in the description it said it was 17.75 x 13.5 x 5.1 (I hope they have corrected that by the time you're reading this) and that's the size I wanted. So don't be fooled if the dimensions are still listed wrong. It's an 11x15 not 13x17 pan.

A little small for the Turkey I purchased but it is as advertised. Clean up was easy and the handles make it it easy to remove from hot ovens.

After only 4 uses the Teflon coating started coming off. Sorry I bought this.

This roaster is great for a smaller size turkey or any chicken. The construction is sturdy and the rack comes out easily after roasting. I am very happy with my purchase.
