Q: How long is the power cord? I plan to use it in bedroom but no outlet at the bedside, there's one beside my wardrobe which is over about 6 feet far.

It's a lengthen cord with 10 feet long compared to other heat cap cord, totally can use it to plug in your wardrobe side outlet and walk around freely.

Q: Can it use to dry hair instead of a hair dryer?

It's not what a heat cap for, I don't suggest. Besides, how can the hair dry when you cover it tight closely with a big cap.
