What is the OD width of the amp brackets?

The OD width of the base/amp brackets is 14 1/4".

Would this be a good choice for a Vox AC-30?

Yup. Bought mine for an AC15HW1 and it works great. I've also had my Gibson GA40RVT on it with no issues. That ones about the size of your AC30.

Will it hold a boss katana 50?

Yes, but the upright support may hit the AC cord where it plugs into the amp. I had to cut about 3 inches off my proline stand which looks identical.

Would this hold a Fishman Loudbox Mini?

It should be fine. I use it with a Marshall DFX50, holds it nicely
