I’m 5’5, 245 pounds. I have strong, larger legs and thighs. I regularly stand long periods of time and workout: both lifting and cardio. Knee pain has always been an issue: pain when walking, lifting, floor to standing, driving long periods etc.I wear in and outside of the gym. Works for longer hours and many different scenarios. Doesn’t compress too hard that you feel it’s cutting off circulation. Also doesn’t cut into thigh area: I truly believe it was created for big bodies.It is sturdy, holds the knee in place, doesn’t slip, not too hot, doesn’t irritate skin, works for lifting, walking, going from seated (or floor) to upright and vice versa.Go with your size or one size up. Do not size down.This will not CURE your pain. Take care of yourself and the main problems BUT this is a great support.

Probably the best knee brace I have ever used. Unlike heavier, more expensive braces this one stays in place and continues to provide support all day without needing to be constantly adjusted. It doesn't have metal stabilizers on the sides but the three velcro wraparound straps and the velcro on the flaps keep giving you the support you need. It's easy to put on, comfortable and effective. I couldn't recommend a better product.

My knees are shot and getting around is so difficult. I decided to take a chance and see if this brace might help. It does! It gives more stability to my worse knee and that is great! Also it is more than ample for my very chubby knee. It does seem to want to slide down a bit but a tug solves that. I recommend giving it a try.

I've been trying for years to find a knee brace that will actually fit a fat knee that doesn't require an insane amount of effort to put on. This one isn't perfect, but it's the best I've found so far. It seems to mostly stay in place both on bare skin and over leggings. I haven't tried to exercise in it or anything, but it doesn't move too terribly much just going about my day and walking my dog. It is pretty comfortable, and it's doing what I need it to do.UPDATEIt's been almost a week and can confirm that this is a great brace. It actually stays in place with only some slight shifting, it's easy to put on, and my knee started feeling significantly better after 2-3 days of use.

The knee brace definitely will fit around my knee, which is a step up from most. But is has the same problem most knee braces have. They are just not long enough. It's like they only make knee braces for people that are 5'7".

I think I'll like the support this gives. I just received today, so no long term review yet. It was easy to put on. I'll likely go back and order another. I'll know more after I've worn it outside working the yard. Hopefully it won't make me sweat much. Good value for the price.

This by far is the best knee brace I have ever purchased. I have large thighs and this brace stays in place!! It is so comfortable too!! My knees and legs have been hurting so bad and this brace has helped with the pain so much!! I have bone on bone knees and this is the first brace that has helped with the pain!! The brace is true to size.

I have been having lots of pain in my knee and had so much trouble finding the correct fitting for my thick leg . This brace stays I’m place and gives mu knee the support it needs to relieve the pain while I work or even lay down . It is a bit too big In the middle strap but actually helps it be comfortable to wear .
