I purchased the Ridge Recon Hydration Pack for a 185 mile mtn biking trip and was imprressed with the product. The material is made of high quality fabric. I'd recommend this product. Looks great but cheaply made.
within 5 months the mouth piece fell apart and the water mechanism that controls the on/off water flow just exploded with the spring inside shooting out. Not well made at all, glad I didn't have this while in the military.

Leaky mouthpiece. Nice backpack though.
Mouth piece leaked and filled my trunk with water leaving me thirsty on my hike. The back pack is amazing quality.

Nice little hiking back pack
Nice little hiking back pack. I put another pouch using the molle system as it just wasn't big enough to hold all the stuff I carry with me, which is alot. I also added an insulation bag to the bladder to keep the water cold.

Perfect for day hikes! Highly recommend!
Perfect for day hikes. Got it for a trip to Sedona, AZ. Hold plenty of water and I like that it has two separate compartments with plenty of storage in each. Front pouch has netted zip storage as well as sleeves. Fits well, wears easy and is adjustable for a wider person like me. I would highly recommend.

I really like the design
I really like the design, but the bite valve did not work very well at all, and ended up ripping by the end of the weekend bc I had to bite so hard to get any water. Can't find any replacement valves for this brand, so kinda regretting I didn't get a more commercial brand that comes with accessories. Blah.
