these sleep patches works great for sleep troubles. Normally i use 2 patches, sometimes when I'm upset, use 4.Usually I need at least 45 min to feel the action.Recommend to remove it in the morning.The price is fair, so it's appropriate to buy one box and try it for few weeks.

Very good
I really like these, they do aid restful sleep and I have a better nights sleep when using a patch. I definitely feel less tired after using these patches. I have taken melatonin tablets before and even with a small dose I would feel groggy in the morning. That doesn’t happen with these. Highly recommended.
