Seller replaced manufacturer-defective filter after return period ended
This filter arrived without the crimped/stamped bottom for the filter wrench. I didn't open it until I used it in the spring, so the return period had ended. After talking with the vendor, they replaced it anyway. I appreciated the consideration!
