This is very good , I pulled a muscle in my back, you can use this afterwards as well for things like mowing the garden it stops you moving too much.

Brilliant back brace. Gives very good support. And pain relief. Can really get good tension due to the design. The adjustable table work well.

Good quality - flexible, comfortable and easy to use. No impact to mobility in general use - does not get in the way. Prone to some folding when sat down but certainly provides beneficial support to the back.

A really good product which provides the support i need, bough by way of a recommendation from my physio. Check the size guide to make sure you get the correct fit. Has lasted well and i use it when doing anything where i put strain on my back.

Back ache comes and goes, but this time it had lasted for over five weeks, and I scarcely dared move for fear of setting off more twinges. Chiropractic treatment loosed very tight muscles, but wore off between appointments. The chiropractor advised me - against his normal practice - to buy a brace and this was the one I chose.As soon as I put it on, I felt better. The tight muscles relaxed, and over the next week I felt a good improvement.I still get twinges now and then, and I have to continue to avoid awkward movements. But the brace is a very good relief, and has boosted my confidence. It seems that the muscles now gradually taking care of themselves, where before it was one step forward another step back. I have long pain free periods, and have greatly reduced my dependency on painkillers.The fitting is clever. You start off by putting the sash on comfortably and fixing it with velcro. Then there are two separate straps which you can pull really tight and again fix with velcro. These second straps are easy to release of you need temporally to have more flexible movement. Do not expect a miracle cure, but the brace facilitates natural recovery. Strongly recommended.

Looked great, worked well initially, then the support got weaker and weaker, the elastic looses strength. No support on sides stopping belts digging into your sides. Sadly would not buy again. Recommend widening the belts and adding support to stop belts rolling up to form a rope.

Absolutely amazing ! I pulled a muscle in my back so needed some extra support and this does the trick. It’s super strong and is great at supporting my back so I can get some house home chores done !

I use it for support when gardening/lifting etc & if I have an attack with pain, it feels better when wearing it!
