I have been searching for a sunscreen to replace my favorite, discontinued Vanicream spf 50 before my last tube runs out. This is the new winner for my extremely sensitive, dry facial skin with rosacea. I am a 49 yo white lady with fair skin that does tan slightly in summer months. Strike outs include Cetaphil sheer mineral spf 50 for face, coppertone pure/baby spf 50, Vanicream facial moisturizer with spf 30, DRMTLGY tinted physical sunscreen spf 44, and Peter Thomas Roth naked mineral spf. All of these caused rosacea-acne (which is not technically acne) breakouts for me. Colorscience does not. It is also nicely moisturizing, but it does leave a thin white cast. After it dries, I put a sheer light make up on top from Jane Iredale and that works to take away the ghost look. I recommend this for any super sensitives out there.

I've used this for 2 years and it is truly wonderful. I've tried other sunscreens and am always experimenting but this one I always come back to. I've tried the tinted one and it's good but I just like the no show mineral ones. 👍

I love that it doesn’t leave white cast and hydrates your skin without the heavy feeling. I’ve been looking for a mineral face sunscreen that doesn’t leave my face looking too white, and I finally found it.

I will preface this by saying I have super sensitive skin and am always wary about trying new products. I have super sensitive skin. I was recommended this product from an esthetician. She said he kids used it who also have sensitive skin. I started breaking out and skin was very irritated, red, and hurt to touch. I stopped using it and skin went back to normal in a week. I told my esthetician and she said I should have bought it directly from colorscience website instead of Amazon. Regardless, I won’t be repurchasing or use any longer. Super disappointed because of the price point.

I have very dry skin. I found this sunscreen to spread and remove easily, but very drying. I applied as recommended and still got a very bad white cast. It's just not right for my skin. I will be returning.
