These leg bags are great if you must use them. I empty mine an out three times a day and get along with the hours I am dressed and ready to go. They pose no problem and easy to use.

These leg bags are hands down superior to the ONE junk the urologist gives each month. These are soft and very comfortable.

Works as specified. The leg straps are basically elastic with slits down the middle and adjusted with small plastic buttons that push thru the slits allowing tension adjustment. Adequate for the job, but I prefer the style with the keyhole shaped fasteners that attach directly to the bag itself and tug from the sides. This style where the straps pass thru a slit across to each side allows the bag to bunch up on occasion during use possibly restricting urine flow.A lot of these leg bags on the market that utilize the larger diameter catheter tubing use the lever style valve at the bottom, which while they work great with no leaks, you must be sure and flick the valve with your finger to get out any remaining urine at the bottom opening before replacing the cap (don't lose the cap!) If you don't, the next time you remove the cap, then you will have trapped urine in the cap drip everywhere when removing the cap and I would like to keep it off of my shoes and socks if possible. But that is a feature on other brands, so a tiny knock on these.Personally, I like the twist style valves that come with the nephrostomy bags, but they only appear to come with the smaller tubing that I was using before they upsized my catheter. It is what it is. Otherwise great product.

This product is great. It really worked for my husband the elastic on it really works to keep it up so it does not pull on the catheter.

Each of the three bags in the package leaked out through the side of the valve body. I tried to get a refund. But all the options required return of the used and defective product that is contaminated with urine. Such returns for products like this should understand such matters. Because of this complexity, I will assume that they aren’t concerned about manufacturing defects and dealing with such at home is quite bothersome for the end user.

Bag and drain lever work good , however the tube and bag begin to smell very quickly (I've tried keeping clean with bleach solution to no avail). Instead of placing straps as they come because bag bunches up , I reverse straps to be on outside of bag this helps keep it from bunching up as much. I also cut straps to size and melt the ends to keep from fraying just make sure to tap the ends while still warm to handle sharp ends to keep them from scratching skin. I'd give a better rating if they did start to smell so quickly. UPDATE!! Came up with a better way to keep bag from bunching up (top only for my preference) take strap from another bag cut about 2-3" long, run it through one of the slots and make a loop with using same button anchor and not to close to the slots that you run it through , on opposite end with long strap do a loop and this one doesn't have to be as far away as other side but seems easier to Make loop away from slot. With the tail end of the rest of strap cross over leg and anchor it to the button anchor you made . Now the straps are pulling in both directions rather than just holding bag against the leg. And of course you'll have to make straps accordingly to size needed,I'm a small guy only need one to make it work .

This is surely better than what I get from my Urologist. I’m on long-term use of a urine collection system. I hated the bulky and stiff leg bags from the Urologist. Decided to look at options on Amazon. This brand, UGO is great. I use several of their products. Look it up.
