These legs might be overkill for a smaller project. I chose them because of their variable height. This table was made from a custom resin countertop (sink cutout), and it's function will be multipurpose. That includes outside use. The weight of the legs will prevent it from blowing over easily, at least when adjusted to the lower heights. They didn't come with instructions, but installation is self-explanatory if you have prior DIY experience. For those who don't, the pointy screws secure the legs to the tabletop & the bolts/washers are used on the legs. My tabletop was 1/2" plywood, so I either needed to obtain shorter screws or use additional parts to prevent damage to the resin surface. I chose 1/4" thick rubber grommets (not included) whose inner diameter matched the screws. I gave this product 4 stars because there were some scuff marks on the white paint. It wasn't a deal breaker because I planned to spray paint them silver.

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered these incredibly strong and durable adjustable desk legs to add on to really cute yet fairly flimsy desk. I ordered the 4 pack and the longest legs. They are so far really awesome!
