UPDATE: May 2025 this unit died; just poof quit taking a charge. Still can not recommend this product. UPDATE: 9-23-2023, the seller reached out to me several times, sent me detailed instruction on this tablet, it helped a lot, I got the mouse and keyboard to load after a couple of tries and feel good about my purchase. After using awhile, all the different stylus I tried work without the squeaking noise, I just think the screen saver was new. The screen is clear pictures are now very good. It's quick and I am glad I got this, thank you to customer service for reaching out and helping me They deserve a recognition for not giving up on me. Definitely keeping this and hope more sellers are like these people. They read the review, listened and did something about my issues. Again thank you. 1st review- Not thrilled, stylus not very user friendly, have tried several, pictures on FB very blurry, no mouse tracking on keyboard ( totally my fault- misunderstood description) unable to transfer files. Instructions totally useless, keyboard flimsy, if I keep it will have to upgrade that, also closing tablet with lose keyboard, do not recommend that. Came well packaged, on time, everything was there. Also, no matter what stylus I use, they squeak going across the screen (hopping once I use it awhile that noise will go away.) I am going to give it a couple more days and see if it gets better maybe it's just me getting use to something new, keep my fingers crossed.

I had originally wrote a very critical review because the tablet I had kept dropping mi Wi-Fi network. I had to manually reconnect whenever I woke the tablet. Zonko reached out to me to apologize and asked if they could send a replacement, saying that it must be a defective product. The replacement arrived today and they were correct! This tablet not only connects automatically when I wake it, it seems to be even more responsive than the last one. When a company reaches out, it shows that they care about their product and customer support. I am glad I gave them a second chance. UPDATE. Zonko has reached out to me to understand what this issue is. It is very rare to find a company that actually cares. They are sending a replacement tablet to see if the issue was just a defective one. Because of their great customer service, I am sure we will be able to correct this issue. I have had this tablet for two days and it turns off the wifi every time I put it to sleep. Have to go in and manually connect to my network even though the auto-connect tab is engaged. Battery life is not great either. On a more positive note, screen clarity is good and the tablet is very responsive. Shame I have to return it. I have encountered many items that have either been defective or misrepresented. I get the feeling that Amazon doesn't care what goes on their website as long as they get their share. Prime membership keeps going up in price. Quality and customer care keeps going down!!!

Day 1: Impressed with everything so far. Great price, solid quality. Haven't had a chance to use all the features before registering. But I have high hopes. Day 2: Still going strong. The mouse they give you comes only with a USB A dongle. But the tablet only has a USB C port. I ended up having to buy a Bluetooth mouse, separately. Still impressed with the tablet. Day 3: Not much use. But still happy with the purchase. Day 4: Had to take my son to the urgent care. It connected to their wifi with no problems. It kept him occupied, but it definitely isn't kid proof. My anxienty was slightly elevated at the thought of him dropping it. Based off the feel of the case, I don't imagine it surviving a fall onto tile floor. But still pleased, since I bought it for a work tablet. Day 5: Took it with me to work today. Handled well. Used it to review PDF documents. Responded quickly. Continued connecting to various wifi routers with no problems. Ordered a 256gb micro sd card to expand storage. Day 6: Micro SD card arrived. Plugged it in. When I formatted it, it asked me whether I should use it for removable storage or expanding internal storage. Told it to use as internal. Now I have 320gb of space. Still working well. Day 7: Full week has gone by. Started using it for school work. No issues connecting to classes. Was able to submit assignment and read texts. After a week of use, I'm still pleased with it. Very little delay or stuttering when switching programs. The battery life is solid. I can make it through a full day with only using about 70% of the battery. For the price, it makes a great companion. The only downside I've seen so far is the mouse they included not having the right connection. Other than that, I'm extremely pleased. It works nearly as well as a name brand tablet. Will definitely buy again, if needed..

Worked great out of the box. Screen protector already installed. Bought a Mamamouth case to compliment and we're off and running. Games such as Genshin Impact, Identity V play flawless at top graphics. Not using a LTE Sim yet, just wifi. Wish it had USB 3 C to HDMI, but this is hit or miss with many tablets. Camera is very good as well. Weight is good too. Not too heavy. Has a MicroSD slot for expansion of up to 2TB. Been taking a beating from a gaming and art scribbler teen for many hours a day for the past 6 months and hasn't skipped a beat. Buying 3 more for the apocalypse.

Overall, you can't beat the price of this tablet. I've had Fire Tablets for years, but the last one was just so slow and frustrating that I thought it was best to replace it. I found this tablet and decided to give it a try. First, it comes with everything you need including a case, stylus, keyboard and cables. The screen protector is already on, but there is no documentation to tell you that. I thought it was just a protection film and pulled the entire thing off. Had to put on the replacement. I decided to go ahead and buy this tablet even though other people had said that the SD slot doesn't work. I've tried two name brands SDs and they were either not recognized on reboot, or crashed during formatting. Hopefully, this can be fixed with a software update, but we'll see. The other problem is that there doesn't seem to be anyway to contact Zonko Tech Support. If you try using the Amazon Tech Support, you only get generic answers to Android tablet questions. Not ideal. But if you can live with no tech support and no SD card, this is a good buy. UPDATE: I tried three different SD cards and none of them were recognized. In addition, apps started to stop working. The icons were still there, but when I tried to launch an app, I got a message saying the app wasn't available. I returned it. Do yourself a favor and pay a few more dollars for a name brand and say yourself the hassle.

For some time now I have relied on a laptop and a small reader (a Fire7). Both did what I wanted of them: the laptop for doing all my on-line activities and some word processing, and the Fire for reading. But both also had shortcomings: altho the laptop is reasonably lightweight, it is still a hassle for traveling; the Fire I find too small for on-line activities (movies, browsing, even email) and, truth be told, a number of apps I use regularly (e.g., local news and sports) are just not available (or reliable) on the Fire platform. So, this splits the difference perfectly: all the apps I use with my laptop (including some word processing and a better-than-expected keyboard), a large enough and very vivid screen, but also small enough that it easily works a my reader. So far, this seems solid, well-made, holds a long charge, and all the accessories (keyboard, mouse, cover) are first-rate. When you consider the price differential with the Fire (especially if you want to no-ads version) or a laptop, this was spot-on.

I returned a different tablet that cost a lot more than this one because it would not say connected while playing my favorite massive MMO game. At first it looked like I was going to have the same issue with this one, but then I enabled the RAM extension and waited while some of the background resources loaded on the game. I then adjusted some of the settings on the game and voila, flawless, beautiful graphics, smooth movement, stable network connection, just amazing. It is a bit heavy, but understandable. This is a powerhouse! All the extras are a huge bonus. The case, keyboard, mouse, and pen are high quality. It even came with a C to USB adapter. Buy this tablet. You will not be sorry! I also recommend buying a SD card to expand the storage.

I am very pleased so far with this tablet. My previous ones were Samsung but I became unhappy with them partly because they have become too expensive. This Zonko tablet is good value for a great price of under $100. It is quick, colour is brisk is expandable and it comes with accessories like keyboard, mouse etc. I had 1 problem when I set it up where YouTube was stopping. I called Amazon and got assistance. Surprisingly I also received a trouble shooting email direct from the manufacturer also. I am pleased. I highly recommend this tablet. I am adding to my review of this tablet after having it for 1 week. I cannot get on YouTube. Every time I try I am getting a message that it has stopped along with the Digital Well being. I have called Amazon technical support and it seemed to work but once zI hang up and try again it stops. I am frustrated. Zonko sent me an email asking me what the issue was. I have been sending emails back and forth and the problem will not go away. The rep said that their technician fixed a bug in the YouTube they pre-installed and I should update the software. Nothing has worked. Calling one more tie and if the problem is not fixed I am returning this tablet. I am frustrated. Has anyone else had this issue?
