Read reviews and thought these might help weight loss. I take 1 daily, usually in the morning. They are soft and chewy. The taste is like a sweet and sour. Drinking water after helps. Not sure if they help as I am also trying to cut back on food intake and choices. I am down a few pounds in 8 days!
