Qualify of components seem good. Only things to note. An installation instruction manual is not included. Also, the bolt provided in the kit was too long as it hit the taillight housing. Thus, it has to be trimmed. This was installed on a 2022 Toyota Hilux Invincible X (N80/GUN126). Tools require for the installation are as follows:*10mm socket* 14mm socket + wrench to fasten bolt provided* Torx T40 bit

I broke 2
First time it broke while we were camping, I thought it could have been a wood log that could have hit against it so I bought a second, and it broke again without carrying things or doing anything particular, just opening the tail gate broke it. Each time it is the end of the bracket to which the piston end is attached with the ring which break.

It works just fine
Every thing came in good condition but I had to make an extra hole on the base to fit my car. For the size I guess it does a fair job but it struggles to hold the weight of my Hilux door. Not bat but neither great.

Gas struts - Disappointment
The items were showed as a pair Left and Right, but I only received the Right.It certenly slows down the door but does not help in any way to lift it back up.So these gas struts work one way only.
