A Silent Voice Complete Series Box Set: 8

I first watched the A Silent Voice film a year ago and thought it was good but didn't think much of it. I kept thinking though, "I should give it another try..." so half a year later, I revisited the film and suddenly fell in love with it. That's what got me to buy the manga which ended up being just as good. Compared to the film, the manga has more character interactions which really improves certain people. It also goes further than the film, as the characters talk about what they'll do after high school which makes you wonder: "What would happen to them after high school?" If you've watched the film already, this is a great addition that can make you experience the story in a different way. If you haven't watched the film and want to read the manga, go for it. I would personally recommend both, but whatever you do, A Silent Voice is absolutely worth it.

My daughter wanted me to order this box set, and given she asks for very little and needed cheering up I decided to get it as an early birthday present for her.I have to say I was very impressed when it arrived. The box is your typical box but the books are really nice, plus there was a bonus poster and character journal.Better still my daughter absolutely loves it and has already read all the books, as well as putting the poster up by her bed.Whilst I think the full price is a little steep, the offer price I got this set at was worth every penny, if for no other reason than my daughter loving them so much because it’s hard to get her to read at the moment.

Very good and very interesting

The pacing is well done, and the books themselves have no dents, scratches, or other such blemishes.

It comes with a poster and Shokos Diary from the start of the Manga.

Absolutely adore this manga! Watched the film a few months ago and it quickly grew to become one of my all time favourites. Decided to shell out the money for the boxset and man, am I glad I did! Very emotional story with excellently written characters. Highly, highly recommend!
