I tried these for 10days apart from making me feel nauseous they had no effect. Dont waste your money

A Helping Hand
I've been trying to lose weight for the last six months and have been on these capsules for about six weeks. I have definitely lost more weight over the six week period than over the full six months of trying and have much more energy and motivation which is a positive on it's own! I like to think of these capsules as a little helping hand :). The only thing I struggle with is that I am unable to take the capsule an hour before exercise but other than that, am very happy with results so far!

Have used Capsiplex for some time and had tried a cheaper version which was not up to standard however Capsi Extreme is excellent and I will be using it again.
