Great microphone for content creators and streamers
I've been using the FIFINE AM8T for gaming, voice recordings, and content creation, and I'm impressed with the quality for the price. The audio sounds clear and professional, with very little background noise when positioned correctly. I also like the flexibility of having both USB and XLR connectivity, which makes it easy to start simple and upgrade later. The included boom arm and accessories feel sturdy and were easy to set up. The RGB lighting is a nice touch without being overwhelming. Overall, this is an excellent microphone for streamers, podcasters, gamers, or anyone looking to improve their audio without spending a fortune. Pros: Clear, crisp sound quality USB and XLR options Easy setup Solid boom arm included Great value for the money Cons: May require some audio adjustment to get the best sound Boom arm could be longer for some desk setups Overall, I would definitely recommend the FIFINE AM8T to anyone looking for a versatile and affordable microphone.

Outstanding gear for way less than they should be charging!
I decided to try my hand at streaming again but didn't want to shell out 200$ for equipment again not knowing if I'd stick with it. Did some research, watched some reviews and settled on this one the Fifine AM8. Honestly I did not have super high expectations because it came with a boom arm and the mic for like 60 bucks total? Most sub 100$ mics on amazon just aren't very high quality, but boy was I mistaken with this one. Out of the box this mic was crystal clear with vocal quality and super easy to start using. It didn't come with any proprietary drivers or software which normally some might have issues with but I use OBS and customize the nitty gritty stuff with filters and settings inside of OBS so I wasn't missing anything. It was plug and play which is always appreciated. The cable that came with it was USBC to USBA which I found make the audio a tiny bit crackly, still great quality for discord calls, but when it came to streaming it was a little more than I was hoping for. So I bought a USBC to USBC cable and the fuzziness immediately went away. I would absolutely love to try this with XLR since its also built into the mic, but since I don't have an audio mixer this review is mainly about USBC to USBC. The pop filter is great making P and S sounds less harsh. I found by place the mic right next to my mouth and not in front of it also helped a lot and the sound was able to hit the top of the mic (because its dynamic) with no issue without being too harsh. From the sides and back the mic barely picked anything up (thats what we want to happen) and with simple noise suppression or noise gates that went away completely. The boom arm does not come with a shock mount which honestly would have been amazing. I did notice without all of my filters and audio adjustments in OBS that if I gently tap my desk, the mic pics up the vibration very easily even though its on a boom arm. I couldnt find any shock mounts that fit this either. It would be great to have the option to buy that accessory to complete the entire mic ensemble. Otherwise everything about this mic is fantastic and has far exceeded all of my expectations when it comes to what I was hoping to receive. I am blown away by the quality for the price, my subscribers think the voice quality is extremely clear and easy to understand, so if theyre happy so am I. ------------------------------------------------------------ Update: After about 5 months I ran into an issue where even using USBC i would start getting crackly fuzziness in the mic. The issue followed the mic around so I knew it wasn't any of my settings. It got pretty bad to where it was affecting streams. I contacted the company and they sent me troubleshooting steps on how to resolve the issue, I followed them all and unfortunately the issue did not resolve. Fifine decided it was likely a hardware issue or something faulty with the microphone, asked for my address, and sent me one in 2 days to replace it. The customer service from FIFINE is absolutely outstanding! They not only saved my but on stream by getting a mic to me within my next streams schedule but stayed in contact with me the entire time start to finish making sure I was helped to my satisfaction and that they did everything to assist me in a way that resolved the issue. Fifine is an absolutely amazing company and I will buy stuff from them specifically going forward because a great product + a great price + outstanding customer service area literally everything I look for in companies I buy products from. Super impressed by everything start to finish so far!

Great product for got great price!
ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I really wanted the Razor Seiren V3 but didn’t come with a mount like this one. So for half the cost I purchased the Fifine and I have no complaints about the microphone at all! I swapped over mic game from my astro mic to the Fifine and both my buddies were shocked at the change in the sound. I will say the if you touch the mount at all the mic catches it and makes a thumping/boom noise. It isn't that bad but even readjusting the mic it will catch all the movements and stuff. Now it isn't a big deal and is not a deal breaker, especially for the price point! Also I don't know if a more expensive mount would change the fact it catches the sounds. It was extremely easy to set up. I did it mid game, the mount was easy to to place on my desk. Now when you plug it in you might need to change your sounds output back to your speakers. At least for me when I had my headphones on it swapped to the Fifine microphone so I went into the windows setting and swapped it back to my headphones. Hope this helps someone🤘🏽 💜

It’s overall great with little nit picks.
I would have to say that bang for buck, it is amazing. It’s very much a “plug and play” kind of microphone. The microphone itself has good audio going in when using OBS, the RGB light can turn into multiple different colors, and off (my ideal). The mute function works, ok, the button on the back is picky and isn’t a physical button, so sometimes I’ll need to rub it, and others it will just mute with a brief breeze. Quality of the build is mid range, the arm is made of solid aluminum, and the microphone is made partially plastic and metal, though very durable plastic. Talking about the arm, the movement works pretty good, and as far as I’ve noticed works well with minimum movement. I will say though, it’s quite heavy, so if you don’t have a good desk, adjusting can cause it to tip of just completely fall off. Getting to the point, for the $60 ish dollars I spent, it’s well worth it and I highly recommend. Just be careful when recording since, at least for me, OBS wouldn’t pick it up until I deleted and reinstalled. I haven’t tried it for calls, so I have no experience using it then. Oh, and background noise essentially dosen’t exist. Ok my rant is done, thank you.

Good enough (or too good) of a mic for pretty much anyone
TLDR: The Fifine AM8 is a fantastic budget competitor to much higher-end mics like the Shure SM7B, while still maintaining aesthetics and quality, but that does come with a few quirks, as expected of the less expensive option. I found out about Fifine through a review of the A8 while looking for a more value-oriented, but still highly performant mic, and although I was impressed with the A8's sound quality, it is a compressor mic, and I quickly realized there is a reason professionals tend to stick closely to dynamic's. Thus, after finding that the same brand had released this mic, a similarly priced, value-oriented dynamic mic that supports XLR, comes with an arm, and can even trade blows with the infamous Shure SM7B ( as seen in video titles like "DO NOT Waste Your Money on The Shure SM7B" on Youtube), I didn't take long at all to place an order. Upon opening the box, I was not disappointed with the aesthetics, as, despite its plastic construction and RGB, it maintains a professional look, and feels solid and hefty in the hand and the stand likewise does not appear flimsy despite its low price. While setting it up, the stand does show its price a bit with its thin, hollow construction, but alas, this is to be expected for the price, and although it is a little short, after set up I have rarely had to think about the stand at all, a sign that it is indeed doing its job perfectly well. The mic, on the other hand, only raises expectations further during setup, with the well-diffused back RGB showing off immediately upon being plugged in, and the capacitive buttons feeling very consistent and responsive. I was also very glad to see that the PC sound passthrough from the headset monitoring port required no setup, started automatically, and sounded indistinguishable from the built-in pc sound. I did however notice a few quirks with this set, such as tapping or hitting the desk sometimes reverberating through the stand and being audible through the mic, the on-mic features (buttons, dials, and RGB,) not functioning without USB C power (such as when using XLR), and the mic reverting to whichever connection method (USB or XLR) was connected first, with no button to switch between the two, and instead having to unplug and plug the mic back in to switch. The sound test was about as I expected from hearing the mic on Youtube, which is fantastic, as the mic does indeed prove itself to be impressively close to mics like the Shure SM7B. With this level of sound quality, if you are, like me, looking for an endgame mic to use for anything from gaming, zoom calls, or even "prosumer" level work like content creation, I see no reason to look for any more than this mic, as the diminishing returns of higher-end mics are simply not worth it for personal use, and 99% of people would not be able to tell the difference between this mic and an actual professional mic (see previously mentioned youtube video). That being said, if audio is your main hobby, or if you would be using this mic professionally, then, and only then you have reason to look further.

SO easy to use and FANTASTIC QUALITY!!!!
This mic is a game changer for me. I have been picking up some freelance gigs doing narration for audiobooks and voice overs for videos, and before now I honestly didn't have professional recording equipment (just my iphone). This mic sounds amazing, looks amazing, is super lightweight and easy to set up! I am so glad I got the flexible arm so I can freely move the mic around. This mic even picks up my voice without getting any background noise (like my dog barking, or my roommate turning on the television unexpectedly), which is SO important when you are trying to submit a high-quality recording to someone. Don't even hesitate to buy this. If you're nervous to invest too much money on equipment and/or are getting your feet wet in the world of voice recording, this is the mic for you!

No Complaints
I used this to record a song for my wife for our Anniversary. She loves my voice but myself, not a fan. Anyway the mic picked it up great and with the right software i was able to make my child like horror show like voice sound tolerable. Notice I did say with the right software, the mic itself cannot perform this miracle, but it does it's job extremely well for the price. Also was easy to plug and play, no software or anything of it's own to install in order for it to work. Made with solid materials and I believe it to be quite durable, but not wanting to test that theory as we know how electronics can be.

I like it more than I thought I would
Great kit, the arm does leave some maneuverability to be desired, but it's not an expensive arm by any means. The mic is basically plug and play without an audio interface, and sounds 10x better than any headset microphone I have ever had. I've began doing some like intro voice acting with it and it's more than quality enough for getting into it.
