This thing works absolutely amazingly it's great for the value don't expect it to clear a whole acre although it does its best on my two acres definitely getting most of the insects everyday I clean it out usually to the brim it's very bright solar keeps it charged to where I don't even pay attention to it anymore it's been over 6 months which storms rain wind lightning I mean it's just a beast definitely thinking about getting a second one it's a great size and easy to use very durable 10 out of 10

This bug zapper is awesome. It has reasonable battery capacity to use during the entire evening and is a killing machine! We use this in our motorhome on our awning and it works wonderful. May have to buy a second one

Bought this bug killer i tried to install this on a tree about 15ft from my house. Now i have purchased many solar devices mostly spot lights but this device does not have a mounted holder or bracket to hold the solar panel. I had to use a ty wrap and secure it with a L- Bracket i purchased at the hardware store. So I would not recommend buying this

Perfect for placing around my garden and backyard; saving my plants and myself! The solar panels work exceptionally well and the zappers last throughout the entire night. Just to note, you have to be a little handy with tools and/or have to purchase separate supports for both the zapper and the panel. My only gripe is that there is no hook for the zapper and no bracket for the panel. I had to create make shift wood frames or exterior screw holds at each corner to fasten the solar panels to something. So far I have had them over 2 weeks. Nothing bad to note about the durability and brightness so far. I ordered 3. They have weathered multiple rain storms and are still working fine. They seem to be worth the money. They were absolutely covered in bugs within the first few hours.

The solar panel provided does not have the mounting holes shown in all of the images. The solar cells go right to the edge of the panel. There are no mounting options provided.I've only had it for 1 night, and it was not placed outside where it was intended due to the lack of mounting options, so I can only give a basic review of the rest of its functionality. It turns on and seems to function fine. It did kill at least 1 mosquito. I like the built in scraper for cleaning, though have not had enough build up to test how well it works. My usual method of cleaning these is a leaf blower, but if there was a storm and it got wet, then that is not always enough, and this might be useful. The battery seems decent and lasted for several hours, though I did not time exactly how long. Compared to the other solar zapper I bought at the same time, these are not as bright, though that is not as important since the light is not the main way to attract mosquitoes, which are what we want these for.
