These feeders are great ! They are well -made easy to assemble and clean and hold 20 lbs of chicken feed .I hung one from the chicken yard roof on a bungee cord out of reach from rats and mice. Took my hens all of three minutes to figure out the ports. The cover fits snugly and keeps the feed fresh and dry. Another plus is no feed waste. I like the stoppers that fit into the ports when needed but since pests can’t get in I I haven’t needed to close them I haven’t yet tried putting water in the extra one but am sure it would be equally as good.

I really like these for staying dry in very rainy conditions and how they hook on to chicken wire. They are a great water proof feeder. My chickens eat from them but ducks do not like them. I think the opening is not right for them.

These are a great option for keeping feed covered in my bird pen. I hung one and placed another on a 12 in. raised platform. My pullets figured out how to use them first. My ducks were a little more reluctant and took about a day to really start using them. I can already tell I am saving on feed loss when compared to open bowls. The pullets cannot get inside and rake the feed out of this system and I am seeing far less dropped pellets on the ground. The ducks have to eat more slowly from these buckets. The chicks will still roost on the bucket that's on a platform, but they don't stay on the hanging one long. I do wish the handle had more of a definitive dip in the handle for hanging it up on the hooks, they tend to slide. I don't have the option to use the wall hanger with my setup, the S hooks work but it's awkward when trying to attach the hooks to rope and then to the bucket so it all hangs at a good height. The lids go on securely but are not too difficult to open when ready to refill. With 6 ducks and 4 pullets., These feeders will hold enough for maybe a week of food. I am not sure yet as I don't know how long the amount will last when a large portion isn't being spilled on the ground. I am very happy with my purchase, it feels sturdy, easy to put together, and the instructions were clear and concise. I really didn't feel like purchasing a new round hole drill bit to make these myself, so this was perfect. The edges of the holes on the bucket were smooth and they're were no plastic strings or leavings for my birds to pick at either.

If you are looking for something that is easy to carry when filled with chicken feed, don’t have to fill daily because it holds a good amount of chicken food, keeps out rain/snow, can be covered or moved in at night, comes with easy hanging tools and has its own handle you can make hang anywhere you need, and you have WAY less feed waste on the ground this is what you want to buy!I have saved more money by feeding my feathered friends with these containers, less waste on the ground, less call for outside critters, flies, etc. Definitely worth it!The container holds about one and a half scoops (my “scoop” is a 40.3oz Folgers Coffee container) of pellet chicken feed. I enjoy the ease of not needing to fill it up all the time in the cold winter (less things to carry to the coop on the daily) with how much it can hold and you get two in an order! If you are skeptical just buy it you will not be sorry!

These are tiny containers. Im keeping to use in brooder to train chicks to this style feeder, but definately not using in big coop. If you have more than 3 birds look for something bigger. This wouldnt last more than 1/2 day with my flock (20 birds)

Great feeders. Holds a lot of feed without waste. Love the lid so the chickens can’t poop in the food and it can’t get wet. I like the option to hang or set on a flat surface as well. Great purchase.

Just what my chickadees needed. I was concerned about changing feeder style but they adapted well. Just as advertised, less waste. Packaged well
