Half the price of "Prescription" with insurance
What a joke. Same exact needles as my regular pharmacy but half the price and no insurance needed. Something is very wrong with the pharmacy/insurance system here. I trusted that I was getting a fair deal all these years. I was being ripped off.

. Unsafe
Product was from foreign country and Appeared to have been opened and retakes For diabetic products I would not use. No one should redistribute diabetic supplies where it appears to have been opened and then retaped up to close. Unsafe.

Nano needles
These used to be called Nano size, now called Micro-fine. Best pen needles around, great price. I am a repeat customer.

Box containing needles smashed, ripped and opened!
Although shipped in a very sturdy box from Amazon, which in itself, was totally undamaged, the box containing the needles was smashed, ripped, open and had needles everywhere! No tape at all to seal box closed as usual when purchasing this product (done by manufacturer). There was sufficient bubble wrap so I am assuming these were shipped damaged in the first place! Horrible!

Unsealed Box!!
I ordered these because I needed them asap and it had next day delivery. It came a day late and at about 8 at night. The box was not sealed and that seems pretty sketchy to me. It also seems dirty. There's so many random particles inside. I'm thinking about returning them. A sealed box is important to a diabetic. Cant risk infection!!

Are these returns???
Our boxes (two orders) both came with the tops torn and safety seals broken, as if they'd been sold, returned, and resold. No Pharmacy Product should ever be sold like this, they are supposed to be sterile. With the seal broken, they are obviously NOT NEW, and all bets are off. If we use them, we'll be relying on the individual seal on each needle. This makes us both uncomfortable, but with limited financial resources, we can't afford new from the pharmacy.

Best for pen needles
I have used the "generic" needles, but I will always come back to BD. They are not thin, and are suggested by my medical team over seas. They cost a little more, but are well worth it. I do not toss after each injection because I have found that these last up to three uses. So bang for buck with me. I get more use, and just feel better using these. I am NOT a medical professional, but I have had Type 1 Diabetes for almost 34 years now. Will NEVER use anything but BD

Little short... reads 4-mm but not consistently, Good value compared to script copays
They are a good value for a box of decent quality pen needles. As the diabetic, she told me that BD are pretty consistent needle tips compared to other brands she has tried. One note and the reason for the 4 rather than 5 stars is that these are not all 4mm so if that is critical to you, be aware. We have to ensure we fully insert and at a right angle to her skin instead of the slight side angle that has been traditionally more comfortable for her.Like that we don't have to keep pushing for a separate needle script and manage that with the doc's office either. It's a win win buying these on line. These are a far more economical option than the outrageous copays at the pharmacy (on the order of 1/3 to 1/2 the cost of the copay). Still not sure what the insurance covered if this is the price but perhaps the pharmacy markup is really high???
