Poor quality control
I don’t normally put much stock in reviews that are about receiving a faulty product because it just happens from time to time and you’re entitled to a replacement. But after ordering one toaster which only toasted on one side in each slot, returning it and receiving a replacement which just flat out did not even work, I have to seriously question the quality control of this manufacturer. I returned the replacement as well and got a Morphy Richards. Stick to reliable brands.

Works as you would expect a toaster to do, ordered mainly for the copper colour which can be hard to find. Only 2 stars because with a normal pan loaf the bread has to go in standing as it will not fit length ways, so you have to turn it after a few mins coz a bit of the bread sticks out..its very small inside
