Edit 11/29/2023:Updating my review again, as Triple Tree customer service came through and sent a brand new winder that is in working order. The new one arrived quickly with no issue. If anyone else has an issue with their product, I highly suggest reaching out to them via Amazon, as they never replied to my emails or phone call. Shout out to Suzanne who was extremely kind and handled my replacement! Good to know they stand by their warranty.Edit 11/13/2023:Updating my review to 1 star. My watch winder randomly stopped working 17 months after purchase. I wrote to the company and am waiting to hear back. It was always extremely quiet, but now it is making a noisy humming sound, and it no longer winds. Will update the review once I hear back from the company.Original Review from 9/2022:After 3 months of constant use, this watch winder has exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it. Most importantly, it works for the intended purpose of winding Rolex watches. It produces zero noise while in use. With the different size pillows, both men and women Rolex fit great on here. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a budget winder option.

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered this product as a gift for my wife and it is safe to say it has exceeded my expectations for it. It successfully fulfills its duty as a watch case and winder. Sturdy, secure, and stylish. I must say it arrived rather fast as well. There was clearly much care into the packaging and just from that I was confident this was a great purchase to make. My wife is very satisfied with this item, she claims it even fits perfectly with her vanity, it has a stunning appearance I must say. It is far more quiet than any other brands I've tried in the past, it really makes no sound whatsoever actually. Price wise, other products cannot compare, although it is not necessarily on the “cheap” side, for watch winders of its quality it is definitely worth it. I can’t believe there are some of this caliber being sold for as high as 500 dollars!!! Little features like the glass cover and its 4 winding options add so much to this product. With the glass you’re able to simply admire your watches as they turn. It feels quite sturdy and professionally built. Both me and my wife are very happy about the fact this winder uses USBs! Changing batteries and all that has always been a bother but now we can just keep it plugged in anywhere as long as we have a USB cord on hand. And did I mention the 18 month, yes 18 MONTH warranty!! A whole year and a half, can’t help but absolutely love that. Overall I 100% recommend purchasing this fine item, you will not regret it I assure you!

The media could not be loaded.  Love this watch winder! My wife got it for me as a birthday present and I am super pleased with it. I can’t hear this at all when it is winding my watches and it is very close to my bed. So far 0 complaints after 3 months of usage. All my watches continue to work perfectly. I like the fact that it gives you the options to turn clockwise or counter clockwise so you don’t need to be concerned with your watches winding. It also can turn both ways (switching between what way it turns throughout the day). Some watches only wind unilaterally so you can be confident that your watch will work with this winder. This product doesn’t run all day. Only for a certain period of time during the day. I don’t think you have the ability to pick when but it doesn’t really matter much to me because I just put my watches son there and then forgot about them for a couple of days while I enjoy the current watch that I am wearing. I was skeptical of buying a watch winder because most “watch experts” will tell you that you don’t need one. But after having one, I wouldn’t want to be without one. Get this if you have lord than one automatic watch! It’s low cost but it looks much kore expensive than it is. Shipping was quick obviously because of prime and it came in perfect co diction. Instructions are super clear so no one should have any trouble with setting it up. Enjoy, I know I have!

Product was fine at first. Spontaneously stopped working after 6 months. Calls and email to company have not yet been returned. Would NOT recommend. Price is apparently too good to be true.

The finish is beautiful and it does function well for my other watches except the angle doesn’t work for my Rolex otherwise I’d give it 5 stars.
