This board is huge, there is more than enough room for everything I need to iron. I find it very easy to iron shirts on it. My only complaints are that after about a year of use the cover doesn't fit as well as it could - it would be better if it was more secure around the middle of the long edges. However a simple cover swap could fix that. Also I would be nice if the metal rod for to hold the iron's cable could be attached to either side.Other than that after a year I'd be happy to recommend it.

If you’re using Leifheit then you know that it is both excellent and expensive, you get what you pay for. This cover will last 3-4 years and the only reason I swapped it was due to water stains on the old one.

The iron board is okay. However, still getting used to it. Due to the cost of the ironing board you would expect the ironing cover to be made of better quality. Good for ironing trousers or jeans for very tall people as standard iron boards are not long enough. Though husband doesn't like it. wide enough for ironing shirts in less time. Cover could be much better.

A fantastic replacement cover, it fits perfectly

The ironing surface was uneven, distorted where the legs were welded underneath. I was prepared to put up with this because of giant size of ironing surface, but on only second use the iron support collapsed sideways pitching the iron on to the floor - my iron now has a cracked plastic casing. Fortunately it fell away from me, a nasty burn could have resulted otherwise. On inspection, there is little to prevent the small rubber rollers, that allow the iron support to slide under the ironing surface in storage, from slipping out of their runners. I discovered one roller was squashed and lop-sided, which may have been the cause of this accident. However I can't see how this construction could possibly be up to continued use, so returned item for refund and purchased the largest Brabantia board available, which is a so much better-made and more sturdy product. Sorry, but absolutely cannot recommend.

This is bigger than the previous one I had never thought to measure mine as I thought all Dressfix would be the same sizer a bit wide for me can’t even reach across to pull the handle to close.

Great job fits perfect very hard to find this size of cover same as old one.
