Impressive meter (clamp and probed)
I'm giving this 5 star but with some minor reservations. I was slightly hesitant buying this meter due to the LCD and lack of switchable dial... Sorry, old habits die hard.... All my meters have solid switches or dials to select the test sequence/range LOL.. Now I have to trust an auto ranging meter???? Well, read on.... Overall, the meter itself works great. I have not tested EVERY setting but I did test voltage, current, diode, ohm, capacitance, continuity, NCV and temperature. I compared the results with various other meters I had including an old Fluke (still trusted). I've purchased Kaiweets products before and been very pleased with them. That was a primary reason for selecting this clamp meter over other brands. I did not test the auto feature... Sorry, again old habits die hard. I knew buying this you could manual select the ranges and I feel more comfortable doing that. What I liked : 1. Impressive clarity of the display 2. Very nice that in testing AC it also gives you the frequency at the same time. 3. On some other ranges, it displays the temp, I concluded that was room temp based on the consistent results I saw. 4. The case is a semi hard shell. Very nice indeed. 5. When testing capacitors, diodes and resistors, I did like that it would take a few seconds before popping up the readings. In all cases, the readings were consistent with the component ratings. I say consistent because in some components, you won't get an exact match to the rating (if you don't know why... Google it) 6. Feels solid in the hand. 7. The NCV (Non Contact Voltage) worked well but is a little finicky. However, I've got other NCV tools and they are just the same. It works... 8. The light isn't going to be seen from the Moon, actually not even from the other side of the room but it's a useful add-on. It works but I can't imagine ever delving into any electrical issue without full and sufficient lighting!!! 9. No issue with the clamp for AC current. Just as long as you clamp only the live wire and NOT just try to clamp a regular power cable/extension lead... (Clamping live and neutral together negates the metering capability). If in doubt, read the book... What I don't like: 1. The leads are rated 600V and 10A max. I replaced them with some better leads rated 1000V and 20A. For the average work around the home and fuse box, the supplied leads are more than adequate but I simply prefer leads with a higher rating and had spare ones laying around. 2. Oddly, the instruction manual (which I always keep with each of my meters) won't fit in the nice case!!!! This is mildly irritating. What am I supposed to do, keep the instructions and meter in the box it comes in? Throw the instructions away?.... I know it sounds petty but what's the point of them if they are separate from the meter? Would I recommend this? Absolutely. The issues I disliked are a personal irritation and trivial. All the readings I tested were accurate. Actually, they put some other meters I have to shame considering their cost. I'm not an AC guy so I would defer to a reviewer with that level of expertise as to how well this stands up for AC work. However for regular home electrical and electronic work (resistor, cap and diode measurements were really accurate), this is now my handy dandy go-to meter. I'll update the review about battery life down the road. It came with batteries but I didn't use that as I always use Duracell in every device. Experience has taught me to not trust no-name brands. I'll also update the review if I have any future negative experiences/issues. For now, very happy with my decision to buy this specific meter. I'm now a convert to "no mechanical dial" meters ;-)

Quality, Value, Features, Warranty - Great Product
This is a great value. It is of quality construction and has proven to be accurate with it's measurements. It is also a good size, not too small or too large. I like the many functions and the NCV capability is very handy for troubleshooting around the house. I give this product 5 stars with no hesitation. You get 3 years warranty and for the money spent it is money well spent. I do think that the included carry case should be little larger so you can keep the manual in the case without having to bend or fold it. I also think the manual should have more details about using the NCV clamp, probe on the end of the jaw, and the NCV live features as a lot of non professional electricians (the target for this product perhaps) do not have the experience to know how to properly use all the functions of this great clamp multimeter. I don't think you can go wrong with this meter for a higher end all featured home / hobby unit.

Accurate and easy to use
It's a keeper. The unit is easy to use and fairly accurate when compared with my Kobalt and Tacklife brand clamp meters. I will say the auto feature works great. I definitely would buy again.I will say the only three things I would add to this meter is a small philips screwdriver and a rechargeable battery and a back button for when you bypass your manual setting instead of having to recycle from the beginning. One last thought I am glad that the temperature readings are in fahrenheit instead of celsius.

A great little meter for even twice the price
I've owned a number of multimeters in the past, but this is my first clamp-on amp meter. One of the main things I wanted an amp meter for is to measure, and troubleshoot my A/C unit. In addition to a standard amp reading, this unit has the capability of measuring "onrush current", which is an extremely helpful measurement to know if you're wanting to run your air conditioner with a portable generator. The other function I didn't think I'd care about, but love, is the Auto feature. When you connect the meter, it automatically figures out if you're trying to measure voltage (AC or DC), resistance, amperage, or continuity, and sets itself. It's pretty slick really. There's is one seemingly minor way this meter excels over my high dollar, name brand meter. . . I can actually hear the beeper! I've lost a good deal of my ability to hear high frequency tones, and when I try to measure continuity with my other meter, I just can't hear the thing. This meter's tone is loud and clear to me, and that's a big deal. Another big deal is the auto power off feature. I appreciate not coming back to dead batteries because I left the power on. If you need to keep the meter on beyond the 15 minute auto shutdown, you can turn this feature off. I've tested the meter's accuracy, and it appears to be well within the stated tolerance, except for temperature. Frankly, temperature isn't all that accurate. At room temperature, I'm seeing about 5 degrees low. Putting the thermocouple in ice water reads 1.6 degrees low. And because there's no manual calibration feature, there's no way to correct it. It's really not that important to me, as I didn't buy the meter for this purpose. Another nit is that the display is a bit hard to read in direct sunlight. Not impossible, but certainly more difficult. Overall however, I'm impressed with this meter, and if I lost it, I'd buy it again.

Great little meter that includes a clamp meter
Being dyslexic and not a electrical engineer this little guy rocks for me. Its nice to have the smart feature but because of the way its setup it shows you what what you need to know to set to manually from left to right. regular meter to me is just harder to remember. It fees good in hand and light weight w/out feeling low quality. Very easy to read and bright enough to read outside. I did upgrade the leads as my Dad always did this zip tie the leads so they dont get tangled up.

Ottima pinza amperometrica, di piccole dimensioni, facile da usare. In automatico è leggermente piu lenta.

I bought a similar multi tester (Taklife) with a rotating selection knobs a few years ago. It has given me grief from the day I bought it. Initially thought it was the tester wires but it ended up being the selection knob being faulty. So when I looked for its replacement this time I went with a digital button option. This one has worked flawlessly in the few months I've been using it. I like the auto option, and it has usually chosen the appropriate option , but switching to manual selection is as simple as pressing the button, so to ensure I'm getting the tester functioning I want I often simply choose that function manually right from the start. I am using it mostly for auto and powersports vehicle testing and it has worked great for this. Battery testing, resistance tests on snowmobile hand and thumb warmer, continuity testing on switches and components, all simple, quick, and repeatable. Display is bright and easily read. NCV option appears to work well just placing the sensor in proximity to a live system. For my infrequent use it seems to be a very good tester, and I don't find the button pressing to take any more time than other options as some others have mentioned. Very happy with it so far. Recommend both this item and seller based on my experience so far.

I recently purchased the KM602 clamp meter from Kaiweets, and I am very satisfied with its performance. The meter feels solid and well-built. Measurements are fast and stable, especially for AC current using the clamp, which is very convenient for household and electrical work. Voltage readings (both AC and DC) are accurate and consistent. The display is clear and easy to read. I also tested basic functions like continuity, resistance, and diode mode, and all are working properly without any issues. One thing I really appreciate is the overall ease of use. The controls are simple, and the auto-ranging works smoothly. I would also like to mention that I previously had an issue with another Kaiweets multimeter, but their customer support handled it professionally and provided a full refund. That gives me more confidence in the brand. Overall, this is a reliable clamp meter for both beginners and regular users. Definitely recommended.
