These were a quick fix and have been a life saver for my older dog that is still using our long flight of steps. They stay in place pretty well when our two 50 pound dogs use the stairs. They do move slightly at times from the dogs but they stay in place when the humans use the stairs. They feel good when I go down the stairs myself. That small amount of padding helps a great deal and I have to think it is helping the dogs joints too. My only complaint is they are hard to vacuum. I have 15 steps. I found it is easier to just pull all 15 up and place on my floor downstairs and use my floor vacuum on them. It is time consuming. I wipe down the stairs with a damp cloth and let dry and then place the clean stairs treds back on the steps, I will admit, my 2 dogs do drop many hairs on the steps. If you have no pet hairs, these should stay clean longer and not be much trouble.

I bought these for my already anxious 55-pound lab that slid down a flight of 13 hardwood steps and was subsequently afraid of them. When I opened the box, I thought these were too flimsy to work. I dusted each step, put down the treads and called the dog to the top of the stairs. With the promise of a treat and a little coaxing he came right down with no problem. They do not stick to the steps, but they do not move when stepping onto the step. I haven't washed them yet, but I think they will hold up well with a damp cloth. I would definitely buy again.

I purchased the "wood" variation. Looks great with the blond colored wood stairs we have. This was mostly needed for my dog who is half blind and slips off the second to last step because he always thinks he has reached the bottom. It dampens the sound and is soft on the feet (and I'm sure his paws). They do not STICK. Think of an area rug with non stick backing. You will notice they have shifted but they shouldn't blatantly move as you step on them. Hard to describe. However, they have made a huge difference and my dog no longer slips off the step from his attempted jump. So 4 stars for not perfectly sticking but boy do I love them. Highly recommend.

We recently stained our stairs black and decided to add these for a little traction since we are less than coordinated in this house. They work as they should and do help with traction. My only complaint is they seem to be like magnets for animal hair. Other than that, we are super happy with them

I have not needed to clean these yet, but I believe they would be easy to wash because of the material. I was looking for a cheap produce with different color options and was so pleased by the reviews and the price! This product is great for our steep steps and bigger dog, it works exactly like I hoped! some have shifted less than an inch but that's to be expected with the near constant use.

We have hard wood stairs and my dog often slips, so he has no confidence in coming up from the basement on his own. I always have to go downstairs just to help. I found these and they look and feel great. My dog can use the stairs so much better and I love them. Only drawback is that they don’t always stay in place. They don’t slip while you’re using them but I find myself adjusting them to make them even on the stairs. I loved these so much I got an extra set for my parents. Thank you!

Just lay down on the stairs and go. Nothing to adhere so no adhesive that will need to be removed later on. Each tread has a rubber backing so they shift a little here/there but in general, they do the job. They're very nice looking.

These are perfect. We just renovated and painted our stairs black. I got these after scouring the internet for the right ones. We have 2 large dogs and a cat and these stay in place without adhesives. They blend in and fit the stairs great. Perfect for us and the animals. Easy to clean!

SON SIN ADHESIVO mala suerte para mi antes tenia unas que si traian en las escaleras que son de loseta así que después de 2 años ya era justo cambiarlas pero están se ven super resistentes el material es bastante denso y de calidad preciosas solo compré una cinta doble cara para reforzar y que no se muevan mis perros ya suben más confiados al principio se movían ahora ya no y se ven geniales

Estan muy buenos, buena calidad en relacion al costo, pero por el material se ensucian muchisimo y eso los hace impracticos.
