Too little quantity
The media could not be loaded. It's a greasy texture. Works well on dry skin. The quantity is less with respect to price. It gives a glow. The packaging is good.

Causes too much acne
I bought 10 ml and it worked quite good got little bit of acne but the glow was good after only 5 days of use. But later i bought 50 ml one from plum official website and within 2 days of use i got huge acne bumbs on my face. I'm not sure if they use different ingredients for small pack or what but it was really bad experience. Didn't expected this from Plum

The product is just wow , but I don't think 10 ml is inside this , there's another small compartment inside this container and the quantity is very less .
