The first toilet shower was installed in my house around 25–30 years ago, a common feature in many Asian households.Firstly, this is not just a sprayer but rather a powerful shower. It is multipurpose, as advertised. The product also claims that it can be installed easily, like any standard US/Canada washer tank fitting. However, I encountered some difficulty during installation. I reached out to customer service, and thankfully, they responded quickly. It turns out the size was slightly off, and although the instructions advised against using plumber's tape, our connection actually required it. I had to pay $20 for a plumber to install it.In terms of quality, it’s decent. However, I would suggest that the manufacturer consider increasing the showerhead size to 1–1.2 inches. This would significantly improve the toilet experience. It’s just a small recommendation that I believe would benefit everyone. Another suggestion is to reduce the weight. I’ve used showers with plastic casings that are much lighter than this one. Interestingly, the first shower installed in my parents' house, which had a plastic casing, is still working perfectly. I wish I could share a picture of that one as an example.Overall, the product serves its purpose, and the quality is acceptable.

Very easy to install. Valve mechanism appears to be high quality. Wall mount kit supplied is rather puny, as I had to use small toggle bolts to secure holder to wall. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hand held bidet.

This is a life changer. I have a few rolls of toilet paper around but I don’t use it anymore. Pays for itself right there. Have had it for a while. It was easy to install. Works smoothly. Can be controlled easily. It has never leaked. Highly recommend. Save a tree or two

Having used multiple bidet attachments, this style of bidet is the best I have used by a large margin! It’s convenient, doesn’t go under the seat causing it to not close properly, and is made of steel instead of cheaper plastic models. The stream is also adjustable and can be made significantly stronger than under the seat models.

Nice and hefty compared to other hand held bidets. Puts out a good amount of cleaning power at half open position. At 3/4, water might come out of your nose. CONS: not as easy to use compared to the trigger style. The edges of the holder are sharp enough to cut your fingers.
