Received a burnt out lamp!!!
I opened the box on 28/04/22 (shipment arrived in mid March 2022).Before making electrical connection, I removed the red plastic cap. Saw carbon residue on circuit board, still having faint burnout smell. Then made the 240 AC and common terminal connection. The LEDs don't light up, no sound!I have written this report under oath.
