These are a bargain and well made. If you are running out of spare pipe when splicing then install one of these and the problem will be gone forever! I have bought spares to replace short runs of connections between serviceable items in a system like pumps, filters, valves, and locations I might need to add something in the future! Look very durable and o-rings look standard so easy to replace. Some unions have custom size rings and when you need to replace them the company is gone or rings have a price more than these unions!

Just what we wanted and expected. Worked as expected.

These are well-designed for fulfilling their purpose: connecting PVC pipes that need to be attached and later detached without cutting new pipes. However, as some other customers commented, the O-ring may get worn out if reattached too often. This could easily be solved with a new 59-cent O-ring replacement from a hardware store. The pipe coupler is well worth the money and a time-saver.

These were very nice and not huge like some 2" unions. Well made with a nice O-ring inside.
