Protects well!
Used this on our Sunbrella cushions and it makes them so easy to clean. One cushion got some green mold on the corner (the cushions are outside in Florida), and it came off with little effort.

Good product but nozzle stopped working
I was able to get a replacement nozzle from manufacturer in a just a few days. Once you apply the product it dries quickly without leaving streaks or stains. Smell is a little strong for my liking but goes away in a few minutes.

just now tried it out. need more time.
I sprayed my outdoor umbrella's around my pool. The product goes on light and does not have a strong odor. Hopefully, the it will help protect my umbrella's from fading in the hot TX sun.

this product is hard to apply evenly
My outdoor fabric is Sunbrella Bliss Clay. I'd say it's a medium light color. I bought a bottle of this and I could see light and dark areas on the fabric after the spray dried, so I knew I hadn't applied it evenly despite being really careful when I sprayed. I bought a second bottle because I couldn't finish the job with one. The second bottle went on really unevenly. There were white spots where I sprayed. If you see these white spots, let them dry completely. Don't touch them when they're wet. You'll end up with large white patches when the cushion dries. You can get the dried spots off with gentle brushing after the whole cushion is dry. I have big white patches on one of my pillows because I didn't know what to do with the spots. I'm hoping that time outside in the weather will fade the patches. I just recently applied the product, so I can't say how effective it is long term.

Sunbella Restore Fabric Protector Spray
Used product on a 10 ft Sunbella fabric patio umbrella. Had a hard rain and top half of umbrella, water beaded. On bottom half of umbrella water soaked in. Would like to get another bottle and just spray lower half again and see if this makes any difference.
