So, I am not a “garlic person” but I actually like this one. The smell. Is strong but you get used to it. But it is authentic, and healthy and you know it is fresh because it is still in the skins. Fairly easy to peel and then eat raw. I am using this for Better heart health and a bit of immunity boost. For me, I take it when I wake up, before I brush my teeth so I don’t even ave garlic breath. The bulbs are solid pieces, about an inch in size to 1.25 inches. Once you peal it, the actual garlic piece tends to be about the size of a large marble or walnut shell… very happy with my purchase and I have subscribed to keep them coming.

Be aware that this is an entire head of garlic in one bulb, no individual cloves. That's fine but depending on your regular portion you may need to cut up and save. I normally have two cloves in the morning and two at night which would be about half of one of these smallish heads each day. Pic to follow.

This black garlic was sooo good. Quality great!! Flavor so great!!

After someone introduced me to Polar black garlic, I had to have my own jar. I haven't found any other ones that were kosher certified. But I think I'll be switching to the smaller Polar jars on subscribe and save, because it'll come out cheaper.

Love this brand's black garlic! I've been eating these since Jan 2025 & none of the bulbs have been moldy as I've seen with other brands. This food definitely helps with reaching my health goals. It's a good way to get a decent dose of daily garlic.
