Great pain reliever
I have been using PEA since LEF 1st came out with it. PEA is naturally produced by your body. Since I don't use over the counter meds, I have to rely on natural pain killers. PEA is a white powder with no taste at all. So save a lot of money and get the bulk powder. As far as I can tell PEA is PEA so get the least expensive you can. This Harvest Naturals PEA is the best value I have found.

Easy to supplement
Great for daily feline maintenance/supplement. Also human grade so I can benefit with supplementation, too.

Only ~35 Servings, NOT 75!
I kept track of how many servings I've used, and the bottle only has ~35 servings of 400 mg each. That's a far cry from the 75 servings that is stated on the bottle!I had such high hopes when my functional medicine doctor recommended this, but it doesn't consistently take the pain away. At first, it worked within an hour. What relief! However, most of the time now, I think it does reduce it. So I'm still using it until I find something natural that's more effective.FYI, one site online said you could take a maximum of 600mg daily. That's what I do, and I take it all at once. So, if you take 600 mg. there would only be ~23 servings.

Excellent for my dogs
I use this for my senior dogs instead of a prescription for arthritis and it’s amazing. It does take a bit to work (4-ish weeks) and once it does it’s makes them feel so much better. Ideally I give it with a quality oil.

DIDN'T WORK FOR ME
I've been adding this to my morning smoothie for over 5 months and I have yet to receive any pain relieving benefit.

Grainy. Not micronized as I was expecting.
This product didn’t work for me and suspect because it’s very coarse

Seems good but scoop is a problem
I switched from capsules to this powder because it seems to be a better value. The only problem is the tiny scoop. The bowl part is fine, as that is the recommended dose, but the handle is so short there is no way I can dispense it without my fingers digging down to find the little lost handle. Making this more like the size of a measuring spoon with a longer handle would help immensely.I have a lot of pain, mostly related to arthritis, so I'm always willing to try products that are NOT narcotics, or NSAIDs. Since I take a number of supplements as an alternative, it's difficult to know if this one is making a difference, but I know when I add this to my vitamin drink along with turmeric I have taken for years, my pain is manageable and I can function quite well despite my 71 years.

It doesn’t dissolve in liquids
It works for pain relief, but won’t dissolve in water to take, hard to actually get down and the texture isn’t pleasant.

Works well, but amount of servings is incorrect
The jar comes with a serving spoon included, and the packaging says it has enough for 75 scoops. You take one scoop per day, so theoretically, that should be 75 days of dosing. However, I am only 34 days in and have maybe five scoops left, so the real number of doses in a jar is almost 50% lower than advertised. The actual product works as intended. It's just incorrect/misleading packaging.
